Tom founded teamflood in 1994 and has served over one hundred clients. The business focuses on generating client revenue growth. Tom has overseen the development and execution of hundreds of business and marketing strategies, managed the implementation across multiple channels and is a leader in loyalty and membership program design, development and execution.
Tom provides clients access to new distribution channels especially through partner relationships. By cost effectively introducing additional channels, perhaps initially through partnering, clients are able to expand their channel mix and attract additional loyal profitable customer. Tom focuses on providing new clients, within a few days, an assessment of opportunities to immediately increase revenue.
After beginning his career with Price Waterhouse and General Mills, Tom served as division general manager for a seven hundred million dollar American Express business. Tom subsequently served in senior executive positions with Avon Products and a leading direct marketer before launching teamflood. Tom, graduate of Queens College, received an MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University and is a certified public accountant. Tom has served on numerous boards including Direct Marketing Board of Advisors of New York University’s School of Continuing & Professional Education, Family Promise for the Homeless, Direct Marketing Idea Exchange and is very active in most industry associations.
