CEO and Founder

TeamFlood was founded and is led by Thomas V. Flood.  Tom founded TeamFlood in 1994 and has served over one hundred clients. The business serves two very distinct charters: “Consulting” with objective of generating revenue growth for major companies and “Coaching” for those who seek to find and thrive a fulfilling job in their field of choice.

After beginning his career with PWC and General Mills, Tom served as division general manager for a seven hundred million dollar American Express business.  Tom subsequently served in a senior executive position with Avon before launching TeamFlood.  Tom, graduate of Queens College, received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University and began his career as a CPA.  Tom has served on multiple boards including chairing Marketing Board of Advisors of NYU’s School of Continuing and Professional Education, Family Promise for the Homeless and currently chairs the Marketing Idea Exchange in NYC.

Tom has overseen the development and execution of hundreds of marketing strategies, managed implementation across multiple distribution channels through partner relationships and is a leader in loyalty and membership program design, development and execution.

In 2001 Tom began coaching college graduates and has expanded the service to provide training and support until successful placement in job of choice.  He guarantees each client accepted into the program success in securing employment in their chosen field.
